Mittagong Flower Merchant has been creating beauty with flowers since 2021, under the guidance of Sarah, a talented second-generation florist. Our roots go back to 1994 when Melanie van Til first opened the doors to Flowers by van Til in Mittagong. After a highly successful 27 years of creating stunning floral designs, Melanie passed the keys on to Sarah, who honed her skills working in local florists.

With Sarah at the helm, the business was reimagined as Mittagong Flower Merchant, marking the start of her own journey in curating breathtaking floral arrangements that continue to brighten the community.

How long will my flowers last?

You should expect your flowers to last up to 5-7 days with the right care.
Do you have a shop dog?

We do! Her name is Peppa and she can't wait to meet you!
What if nobody's home when you deliver?

All our flowers are wrapped with a water source on the bottom. This ensures the flowers are kept fresh during the time the recipient isn't home. We will always leave flowers in a safe, secure and shady spot.
Do you offer same-day delivery?

We sure do! If you order by 12pm the same day.
How do I care for my flowers?

When your flowers arrive, cut 2cm off the stems and remove any foliage that would be sitting in the water. Place your flowers in your favourite vase filled with water and keep out of direct sunlight.
